Services

Build and test packs that keep builds moving and make acceptance defensible.

Already have templates? We match your format and align to your revision control and QA sign-off process.

Build and Acceptance Support

Work products that reduce rework and create a defensible acceptance record.

  • Controlled work instructions tied to BOM and revision control
  • Acceptance test procedures with limits, data capture, and traceable results
  • QA evidence packs organized for customer acceptance and audits
  • Change control that stays tied to the build record
  • Field integration and commissioning support when needed

Deliverables

Build pack, test pack, and acceptance-ready evidence binder.

Typical scope

Fixed-scope pilots with clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.

Manufacturing Build Packs

Build packs that let production execute without guessing and keep the build record traceable.

  • Manufacturing BOM tied to revisions, part IDs, and change notes
  • Work instructions, often called travelers or routers, with inspection points and acceptance criteria
  • QA check sheets and sign-off gates
  • As-built evidence pack organized for customer review
  • Engineering Change Order (ECO) packages with affected items and implementation notes

Deliverables

Build pack with BOM, work instructions, sign-offs, and evidence binder.

Typical scope

2 to 6 weeks for a first pack, then iterative updates as the build matures.

Test Procedures and Acceptance

Versioned test procedures with clear limits, data capture, and defensible reports for witnessed acceptance and commissioning.

  • Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) for FAT and SAT when applicable
  • Controlled steps, limits, tolerances, and safety notes
  • Data capture templates (manual entry, attachments, CSV ingest)
  • Pass or fail rules and sign-off gates
  • Standard report formats and evidence binder structure
  • Procedure change log and approval workflow

Deliverables

Test procedures, data sheets, sign-offs, and acceptance-ready reports.

Typical scope

1 to 3 weeks for an initial procedure set, then weekly iterations.

Field Integration and Commissioning

On-site integration, troubleshooting, and acceptance support, plus clean closeout documentation.

  • Commissioning checklist, integration checklist, and readiness review
  • Commissioning plan, acceptance test cards, and witness sign-offs
  • Punch list with owners and closure evidence
  • Turnover package and as-built package (configs, redlines, photos, test results)
  • After-action notes and recommended follow-ups

Deliverables

Commissioning checklist, punch list, and closeout documentation.

Typical scope

Prep plus 1 to 5 days on site, followed by closeout documentation.

About Us

Cielo Field Systems builds the work products that make regulated hardware builds predictable: controlled BOMs, work instructions, test procedures, and acceptance-ready evidence.

Our background spans marine systems and regulated manufacturing environments. We focus on clear deliverables, revision control, and documentation that holds up in customer review.

How We Work

A practical, documentation-first approach that produces acceptance-ready build and test packs.

Clear Deliverables

We define the exact work product up front and close it cleanly: what gets released, who owns sign-off, and what "done" looks like for acceptance.

Traceability by Default

Procedures, instructions, and evidence are tied to revisions and configurations so the record is defensible when a customer asks, "What did you run and on which build?"

Built for Production

Steps, limits, data capture, and sign-offs designed around real workflows so techs can execute without guessing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about scoping build packs, test procedures, and acceptance-ready evidence.

How do I get a quote for my project?

Send a short description of what you build, what documentation exists today, and any upcoming acceptance event or field integration date. If you can share a redacted sample BOM, work instruction, or test procedure, we can scope and quote faster.

Next step: We reply with a recommended pilot scope and the inputs we need to start.

What's the process for starting a new project?

Most projects follow a short loop: intake and constraints, draft the pack, review with production and quality, then release with revision control and a clean closeout binder.

Prefer a small pilot? We can start with a single build pack or a small procedure set and expand in weekly iterations.

What industries do you serve?

Most of our work supports defense and industrial teams building regulated or high-consequence hardware. We also support marine systems programs when the same build, test, and acceptance discipline applies.

Not sure if we fit? Send a short description of what you build and how you manage work instructions and test evidence today.

Do you provide ongoing support after project completion?

We support closeout and follow-on iterations: updating build packs, revising procedures, and packaging acceptance evidence after builds and field events. For longer-term support, we can provide retained hours or fixed-scope follow-up work with clear deliverables.

Questions about follow-on support? Contact us and we will propose a scope that matches your program.

Do you write travelers or routers?

Yes. Many manufacturing teams call work instructions travelers or routers. We can author them from scratch or adapt your existing format, including inspection points, sign-offs, and traceability back to the BOM and revision.

Goal: A traveler or router a tech can run without guessing.

Do you support ATP, FAT, and SAT?

Yes. We build an Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) and the supporting data sheets and report templates for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) when applicable. We also help package the evidence binder for customer acceptance.

Tip: Send one redacted legacy procedure and we will normalize the format and tighten the data capture.

Want a Small Pilot First?

If you have an upcoming build, acceptance event, or field installation, send the target date and a sample instruction or procedure. We'll propose a fixed-scope pilot pack with clear deliverables.
