Cielo Field Systems
Evidence control for one messy workflow.
What this is
An evidence control sprint cleans up the record trail behind one real workflow. That might be a build package, quote intake, product handoff, field job, inspection closeout, supplier document set, or customer acceptance packet.
The point is simple: make the work easier to run and easier to prove before anyone buys a bigger system.
Good first slice
- A customer, reviewer, retailer, or partner is asking for proof.
- Records are split across folders, inboxes, spreadsheets, texts, and photos.
- People know what happened, but assembling the packet is painful.
- A PLM, MES, QMS, ERP, or dashboard discussion is starting too early.
What CFS builds
- Artifact register: what exists, what is missing, and who owns each item.
- Record structure: folders, naming, revisions, and source-of-truth rules.
- Evidence map: requirements, checks, photos, test data, and closeout proof.
- Owner action list: the next records, approvals, or corrections needed.
- Closeout packet: a clean summary a customer, reviewer, or partner can follow.
Where software fits
Software comes after the workflow is clear. If a tracker, intake form, dashboard, import template, or integration helps the team keep the record trail alive, CFS can build or configure that layer. The first job is still the same: clean up the evidence path.
How to scope it
Send one workflow that is already causing drag. Include the work being done, where the records live now, who needs the proof, and the date or handoff that makes it matter.
